
Here's the recipe, courtesy of Emeril...YUM!
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
16 tbs butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon zest
1 egg
Sift Flour and salt and set aside
Cream butter and sugar on med/high until light in color and fluffy
Add vanilla, lemon and egg
Beat 1-2 min. longer on low
gradually add flour mix
divide in 2, frigerate for at least 2 hours.
bake on 350 til light brown around edges
